1、订单的日常处理工作，收到客户订单时，需要确认订单的单价与MOQ，OK后给到部门文员录入ERP系统给到物料部与生产部安排生产。确认订单交期给客户，跟进订单交货。 Daily processing of orders, confirm the unit price and MOQ of the orders when receiving the orders from customers, After OK, send the orders to the department clerk to input it into the ERP system and send it to the material department and production department to arrange production. Confirm order delivery date to customer, follow up order delivery. 2、接待客戶的來訪，及拜訪客戶溝通處理相关的交期问题以及商讨价格事项。 Receive customers'' visit, communicate with customers about the delivery date and discuss the price. 3、负责新产品报价工作，接到客户的新产品图纸，确认是否本公司可以生产的产品，给到报价科估价，拿到估价单做成正式的报价单出给客户。 Be responsible for quotation of new products, receive customers'' drawings of new products, confirm whether the company can produce the products, then pass them to the quotation department for evaluation, get the quotation and make it into a formal quotation to the customer. 4、接到新产品的订单时，确认价格后，收集整理相关的图纸要求后，发新项目给工程部打样，确认样板的交期给客户，负责跟进样板交货及后续量产工作。 When receiving orders for new products, confirm the price, collect and sort out relevant drawing requirements, send new projects to the engineering department for sample making, confirm the delivery date of samples to customers, and be responsible for following up the sample delivery and subsequent mass production. 5、接到客户品质投诉问题时，如果是样板阶段的产品就给到工程部同事跟进处理；如果是量产的产品要给到品质部QA的同事跟进处理。 When receiving quality complaints from customers, if the products are in the sample stage, they will be followed up and dealt with by colleagues in the engineering department.
