Operational / Technical Support Specialist
1.MS Office 365 – Expertise skills MS Office
2.Support Mac & Windows clients
3.Support Phones & Tablets
4.Maintain & troubleshoot PC Hardware and Printer
5work experiences
6.ERP experience & functional structure
7.Background in Manufacturing Software with ability to support customized solutions
8.Strong communication skills
9.MySQL Databases & SQL Queries experiences preferred
10.Design process to leverage system in favor of: Quality & Efficiency = Automation & Control
11.Service & Customer orientated mindset
12.Apparel experience is beneficial, but not required
13.Other task assigned by Superior and/or Management
14.University graduate or similar, majoring in IT and/or Engineering
15.Fluent in Mandarin & English, written & spoken
