职位描述：

Have hands on experience in social compliance in China and South East Asia garment industry at least 5years
Sound know how of social compliance and sustainability standard and process of US retailers and WRAP, BSCI certifications
Detail oriented and be responsible to monitor compliance status and drive improvement action 
Frequent travel and work with business team and inspector team to deliver effective action plan
Sound communication and analytical skill to connect with NGOs and factories to build strategic alignment
